Starting 6 November 2026, Brasserie on 3 welcomes guests to enjoy an abundant festive buffet featuring holiday classics and seasonal specialties. The selection includes succulent lechon, glazed holiday ham, premium roasts, and an assortment of beautifully crafted desserts inspired by the sparkle of the season. The dining experience provides an opportunity for families and friends to gather and share memorable holiday meals.
The restaurant’s A Feast of Brilliance runs daily from 6 November to 31 December 2026. Lunch is available from 12:00pm to 2:30pm at PHP 3,588 nett per person, while dinner runs from 6:00pm to 10:00pm at PHP 3,988 nett per person.
From 24 to 25 December 2026, Brasserie on 3 presents an enhanced festive buffet accompanied by live musical performances and a special visit from Santa Claus on Christmas Day. The Christmas Eve dinner buffet starts at PHP 4,988 nett per person, while the Christmas Day lunch and dinner buffets also start at PHP 4,988 nett per person.
The holiday celebrations continue on 31 December 2026 with the Brilliant New Year Feast, an elevated New Year’s Eve dinner buffet featuring unlimited soft drinks and house-pouring alcoholic beverages. Guests can also enjoy spectacular views of the Manila Bay fireworks display as the year comes to a close. Buffet rates are PHP 7,588 nett per person for Veranda seating, PHP 6,588 nett per person for Bay View seating, and PHP 5,588 nett per person for indoor seating.
China Blue by Jereme Leung
For family reunions and year-end celebrations, the Michelin-selected China Blue by Jereme Leung presents specially curated Christmas and New Year set menus created by renowned Master Chef Jereme Leung. The festive selections showcase the artistry of Chinese cuisine through premium ingredients, refined techniques, and celebratory flavors suited to the holiday season.
Christmas menu highlights include golden roasted duck with quinoa and sesame barbecue sauce, sautéed scallops with ginger garlic sauce and salted egg stuffed crab claw, and stir-fried premium U.S. beef with morel mushrooms, barbecue red wine sauce, and candied cashew nuts.
For the arrival of 2027, the restaurant offers additional specialties, including Hong Kong suckling pig, roasted pigeon with truffle barbecue sauce, slow-cooked boneless beef short rib with Chinese preserved cabbage and radish, and braised abalone and fish maw with black mushrooms, dried scallops, crab meat, and egg white sauce, among other dishes.
The Gathered in Splendor Christmas Set Menu is available on 24 December 2026 for dinner and on 25 December 2026 for lunch and dinner. Priced at PHP 49,980 nett, the set menu is ideal for ten persons.
Meanwhile, the Brilliant Beginnings New Year Set Menu is available on 31 December 2026 and 1 January 2027 for lunch and dinner. The menu is priced at PHP 50,880 nett and is ideal for ten persons.
C Lounge
This festive season, C Lounge combines storytelling and gastronomy through a collection of seasonal experiences overlooking Manila Bay. Its limited-edition A Secret Sparkle afternoon tea introduces an interactive presentation inspired by the excitement of discovering a hidden chapter, culminating in a delightful surprise revealed tableside.
The experience features savory delicacies, festive sweets, and a selection of premium tea or coffee, complemented by the scenic backdrop of Manila Bay.
A Secret Sparkle Festive Afternoon Tea runs daily from 16 November to 31 December 2026, between 12:00pm and 6:00pm. The experience is priced at PHP 3,288 nett and is designed for two persons.
C Lounge also hosts Midnight Sparkle, a New Year’s countdown celebration beginning at 7:00pm. The year-end experience features a spectacular fireworks display, handcrafted drinks, and scrumptious bites beneath the illuminated Manila skyline.
Guests can choose from three seating options. Veranda Tables, ideal for five persons, are priced at PHP 45,888 nett. Bayview Tables, ideal for four persons, cost PHP 28,888 nett, while Regular Tables, also ideal for four persons, are available for PHP 22,888 nett.

Bru Coffee Bar
Conrad Manila presents its 2026 Christmas hamper collection exclusively at Bru Coffee Bar. Conrad Manila officially launched its holiday celebrations through the A Decade of Brilliance Christmas Tree Lighting Program at the hotel’s Main Lobby.
