The Digital Marketing Association of the Philippines (DMAP) has officially unveiled DigiCon 2026, themed Interoperability: Welcome to the Age of Collaboration. Celebrating its 11th year as the country’s premier gathering for innovators, marketers, and tech leaders, DigiCon returns to the Grand Ballroom of the Manila Marriott Hotel on October 15–16 with its most inclusive lineup yet.
As one of the most anticipated digital marketing conferences in the Philippines, DigiCon 2026 positions itself at the forefront of industry evolution. With technology, data, artificial intelligence, media, and creativity continuously reshaping the landscape, this year’s theme highlights a powerful truth: collaboration is now the primary driver of sustainable growth and innovation.
By focusing on interoperability, DigiCon 2026 reinforces DMAP’s mission to unite brands, agencies, platforms, creators, and technology providers into a more connected and future-ready ecosystem.
The Theme: Interoperability as a Competitive Advantage
DigiCon 2026 centers on interoperability as both a strategic mindset and an operational advantage in today’s fragmented digital environment.
“We are entering a new era, an age where progress is powered by coming together,” said Raymund Sison, Co-Chair of DigiCon 2026. “The future will not be built in silos. It will not belong to those who work alone. It will be shaped by connections, synergies, and ecosystems of collaboration where ideas, technologies, and communities converge to create impact far greater than the sum of their parts.”
The conference frames interoperability not as a purely technical concept but as a mandate for businesses and organizations navigating an increasingly complex digital economy. In a landscape fragmented by platforms, disciplines, and silos, DigiCon 2026 argues that meaningful progress happens between people and technology, creators and AI, government and industry, local and global stakeholders.
The theme serves both as a provocation and an invitation. It challenges brands, platforms, and industries to rethink isolated strategies and instead embrace collaborative ecosystems that unlock greater collective value.
“DigiCon has always been about what’s next,” said Shayne Madamba, Co-Chair of DigiCon 2026. “In 2026, what’s next is working together across disciplines, across industries, and across technology.”
By placing collaboration at the center of its programming, DigiCon 2026 underscores how digital marketing, artificial intelligence, data platforms, and creative innovation must function together rather than independently. This message directly reflects current industry priorities and strengthens the event’s relevance for marketers, business leaders, and technology professionals.
What’s New in 2026
DigiCon 2026 introduces the full 2026 Committee and a conference experience designed to be bigger, louder, and more impactful than any edition before.
This year, DMAP DIGICON is pioneering DigiconX which are little Digicon pop-ups leading to Digicon 2026. Leading DigiconX are by Brian Yap (RGC) and Nikki Sunga (BBDO). Meanwhile, Kate Bitara serves as Co-Chair Support and Gina Torre is the Project Manager for DigiCon 2026.
The introduction of DigiconX expands the conference’s reach beyond the main October event. These pop-up activations are designed to build momentum, spark conversations, and engage different sectors of the digital marketing ecosystem ahead of the main gathering at the Manila Marriott Hotel.
“I’m excited about DigiCon 2026 because our future isn’t just about better technology, it’s about better connections,” said Miko David, DMAP President. “When AI, platforms, agencies, brands, and creators work together, innovation scales. That is what DMAP exists to do: connect the ecosystem and turn collaboration into meaningful progress for the industry.”
Through this expanded format, DigiCon 2026 reinforces its positioning as a premier digital marketing event in the Philippines. The focus on AI, platforms, agencies, brands, and creators reflects the interconnected realities of today’s marketing environment. The conference aims to provide a platform where these sectors can exchange ideas, form partnerships, and develop scalable solutions.
