Inspired by the Hermès Hôtelier Collection and selected Hermès fragrances, the experience pairs distinctive scents with carefully selected flavors, allowing guests to discover fragrance in a different way.
The experience begins with thoughtful fragrance-and-tea pairings before each scent finds expression in a selection of savory and sweet creations. This approach connects the aromatic character of selected Hermès fragrances with culinary offerings, creating a distinctive dining experience at Conrad Manila.
This season, Heures d’Orange introduces new creations inspired by Voyage d’Hermès and Eau de Basilic Pourpre, alongside returning favorites inspired by other Hermès fragrances. Available daily at C Lounge, the experience brings together tea pairings, fragrance-inspired dishes, and freshly baked scones.
New Heures d’Orange Creations Inspired by Hermès Fragrances
This season’s additions feature Voyage d’Hermès and Eau de Basilic Pourpre, with each fragrance paired with tea and complementary culinary creations.
Voyage d’Hermès is paired with cardamom tea, followed by crab meat with cardamom brown butter and brioche. The pairing continues with a vanilla-cardamom dessert, extending the combination of flavors from the savory course to the sweet finish.
Eau de Basilic Pourpre offers a more herbaceous pairing. The fragrance is accompanied by Moroccan peppermint tea, followed by tomato, ricotta, and basil tuile. The culinary selection concludes with basil-lime crémeux.
These new additions highlight the connection between fragrance and flavor that defines Heures d’Orange. By pairing selected Hermès scents with tea, savory creations, and desserts, the experience offers guests another way to explore fragrance beyond its traditional use.
Returning Favorites and Freshly Baked Scones
Heures d’Orange also brings back several favorites inspired by Un Jardin en Méditerranée, Twilly d’Hermès Eau Ginger, Un Jardin sur le Nil, and Eau de Pamplemousse Rose.
These returning selections complement the new seasonal creations, continuing the experience’s focus on translating fragrance into flavor. Together, the offerings provide guests with a selection of fragrance-inspired culinary creations at C Lounge, Conrad Manila.
Freshly baked scones are also included in the experience, adding another element to the selection of savory and sweet offerings.
