A New Way to Enjoy Frozen Yogurt
The llaollao Brioche offers a different take on frozen yogurt, pairing the creamy cold swirl with the warmth of a soft brioche bun. This contrast delivers a satisfying balance of temperature and texture.

It reflects our desire to create not just new products, but new moments of joy. This is llaollao’s first step into a more lifestyle-led space—where wellness, indulgence, and design meet.”

The Brioche is made with premium-quality yogurt and topped with the brand’s signature sauces, crunches, and fruits. It will be available in select Mega Manila stores starting August 20, 2025, for Php 179. Customers can try it for Php 99 during the second day of the Wellness Lounge event on August 14, 2025.

Celebrating 100 Stores Nationwide
The Brioche launch coincides with llaollao’s achievement of operating 100 stores across the Philippines. Since its debut in 2016, the brand has served over 30 million cups of frozen yogurt, becoming a favorite for those seeking a balance of health and indulgence.

The Wellness Lounge Experience
To celebrate both the Brioche launch and the 100-store milestone, llaollao hosted the Wellness Lounge at SM Mall of Asia on August 13 and 14, 2025. The event offered guests a multi-sensory experience aligned with the brand’s new lifestyle direction.
Visitors entered a space designed for relaxation, featuring calming installations, gentle soundscapes, and dedicated areas for yoga, breathwork, and foot massages. The Brioche Bar served the new product alongside smoothies and frozen yogurt. A mini pickleball court and the brand’s green Spoon Slide added a playful element to the event.
“We created the Wellness Lounge not just to showcase the Brioche, but to reflect who we are becoming as a brand,” Dee-Gonzales explained. “llaollao is evolving into something bigger than frozen yogurt. It’s a space, a pause, a lifestyle. And we wanted to bring that to life through this activation.”

From Mall Event to Dessert Museum Installation
Starting August 21, 2025, the Wellness Lounge concept will have a dedicated space at The Dessert Museum. The llaollao room will feature elements from the original lounge, including the Spoon Slide, wellness-inspired areas, and Brioche-themed installations. Visitors will also receive complimentary llaollao vouchers for a limited time.
This permanent setup reflects the brand’s commitment to delivering experiences beyond frozen yogurt, making wellness more engaging and accessible.
