MOVE IT recorded a 20% growth in monthly users during the first half of the year compared to last year, reflecting the growing demand for faster and more convenient commuting options.
At the same time, commuter feedback revealed several concerns that still influence booking decisions. Sudden downpours, scorching heat, and shared helmet conditions remain among the challenges passengers encounter during their daily commute.
