Casa Urban Table also takes a sustainable approach with its small garden, which provides fresh vegetables used in their dishes. While not a standout feature, it reflects the hotel’s commitment to sustainability and healthy dining.

On our first day, we had a delightful lunch at Casa Urban Table, featuring Filipino dishes with a contemporary twist. Highlights included:

- Inihaw na Liempo – Grilled pork belly drizzled with Filipino BBQ sauce, paired with pickled vegetables, tomatoes, garlic rice, and salted egg.
- Pumpkin & Carrot Soup – A hearty, creamy soup that offered a comforting start to our late lunch.
Dinner at Casa Urban Table
For dinner, we sampled more flavorful dishes showcasing the restaurant’s commitment to quality:
- Calamares Fritos – Crispy battered squid rings served with a tangy tartar sauce.
- Grilled Chicken Pesto – Tender chicken in creamy basil pesto sauce, topped with parmesan cheese.

Day 2 and Day 3 Culinary Experience
Buffet Breakfast at Casa Urban Table
On our second and third days, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Casa Urban Table, which offered a delightful start to our mornings. The spread included dishes like fried chicken, ham, fresh fruits, made-to-order omelets, sausages, and corned beef. This variety ensured we were energized and ready for the day ahead.
Buffet Lunch and Dinner at Casa Flavors Buffet
On our second day, we enjoyed both lunch and dinner at the Casa Flavors Buffet, located on the seventh floor. At 50% off from PHP 1,500 net per person, the buffet was an incredible deal at PHP 750 net per person (valid from January 18 to 31, 2025). The buffet’s diverse options and satisfying culinary journey made it a memorable part of our stay.

Dash Café
Located on the ground floor, Dash Café is a cozy spot perfect for a quick snack or a leisurely coffee break. During our visit, we enjoyed an iced caramel macchiato, customizing it by replacing the milk with oat milk, which was a thoughtful option for those with dietary preferences. We paired this with their blueberry cheesecake, which was smooth, rich, and creamy—a delightful treat to accompany our coffee.
One of the highlights of Dash Café is its relaxing and comfortable ambiance. Unlike the often crowded Starbucks outlets in malls, this café offers the same signature Starbucks beverages in a more tranquil setting. The addition of high-speed internet access in the café makes it an ideal spot for getting some work done, which we took full advantage of during our stay.
The relaxing atmosphere, combined with the convenience of ordering Starbucks drinks without the usual hustle and bustle, makes Dash Café a place I’ll be visiting even when I’m not checked into the hotel. It’s a great alternative for a quiet coffee break or a productive work session while in the area.
