What began in 1997 as a vision to bring authentic Italian home-style cuisine to Manila has grown into a beloved staple across Filipino households. This year, CIBO celebrates its 28th anniversary, marking nearly three decades of serving fresh, modern, and timeless Italian fare to generations of loyal patrons and new diners alike. As the brand reaches this milestone, it continues to honor its roots in freshness, simplicity, and quality while preparing to redefine the dining experience for a new era.
CIBO Celebrates 28 Years with Special Dishes and Pastries
As part of its anniversary celebration, CIBO introduces limited-edition offerings curated by Executive Chef Jorge Mendez. Available from August 5 to September 30, these dishes bring playful yet bold flavors rooted in Southern Italian tradition. First is the Tubettoni alla Nduja, a spicy, creamy pasta with Nduja sausage, burrata, tomato tsukemono, and stewed tomatoes, priced at ₱649 (solo). The second is the Nduja Pizza, a savory creation topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella, Nduja sausage, and burrata, available for ₱799.

In addition to savory options, CIBO reimagines Filipino favorites into unique pastry creations. The Turon Bomboloni is filled with banana cream custard and topped with caramelized banana, while the Ube Maritozzo blends ube custard, cream, and caramelized coconut for a rich treat. Both pastries are priced at ₱129 each, or can be purchased in an assorted box of six for ₱549. Each box includes three seasonal pastries and three of CIBO’s signature pastries.
A Culinary Journey Worth Sharing
CIBO’s 28-year journey is as much about its food as it is about the memories shared over every meal. From the childhood joys of the Club Bimbi experience to the rewards of the LEALTÀ Loyalty Program, the anniversary pays homage to each diner’s evolving relationship with the brand. With its updated bold and geometric visuals, CIBO adds a modern touch to this nostalgic celebration.

The CIBO Bimbi Program Now in All Stores
Starting August 5, 2025, CIBO reintroduces its Club Bimbi program to all its locations nationwide. Initially launched at Power Plant Mall in Rockwell, the program was created with young diners in mind. It includes interactive coloring placemats, crayons, and the charming Cibots, animated characters inspired by vegetables like spinach, squash, and tomatoes. These characters aim to make vegetables fun and encourage healthy eating habits in children.
Open to kids aged 12 and under, the program offers free membership with no minimum spend required. Upon signing up, each child receives a Club Bimbi membership card granting access to exclusive perks. Once a member turns 13, their membership is automatically upgraded to CIBO’s LEALTÀ program, ensuring continued engagement as they grow.
One of the standout benefits of Club Bimbi is the “Bimbi, You Eat Free” promo. For every ₱2,000 dine-in transaction, one child can enjoy a full meal set from the Bimbi Menu, which includes an appetizer, main dish, and dessert, valued at ₱599. The child must be present and show their membership card during the visit to redeem the offer. This promo is limited to dine-in only and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
The Bimbi Menu offers a customizable set meal tailored to young appetites, blending flavor, nutrition, and fun. Each item is thoughtfully created to introduce the joy of Italian cuisine to a younger audience while making them feel part of CIBO’s culinary story.
The New LEALTÀ Experience: More Perks, More Rewards
Alongside the Bimbi program relaunch, CIBO is also enhancing its LEALTÀ Loyalty Program starting August 5, 2025. This upgraded membership includes exclusive discounts, birthday treats, and tailored experiences across dine-in, take-out, delivery, and retail channels.

During their birth month, members can also enjoy a complimentary serving of CIBO’s signature Tiramisù with a qualifying dine-in spend.
Outside the restaurant, members receive a 20% discount on take-out orders worth ₱2,000 or more. Delivery orders made through CIBO’s official platform are eligible for free delivery within select areas for a minimum ₱1,500 purchase.
