For one night only, EPICURIOUS at Clark Marriott Hotel is presenting an exclusive nine-course gastronomic dinner featuring six distinguished chefs across Marriott International Philippines’ restaurants and a well-known Kapampangan chef. The exclusive culinary event will take place on August 21, 2026, at 6:00 pm in the property’s Grand Ballroom. Priced at ₱8,540 net per person, EPICURIOUS will give taste seekers the opportunity to enjoy a nine-course gastronomic experience prepared by chefs representing different culinary traditions.
Admission includes a welcome cocktail, nine-course tasting menu, selected wine pairings, and live performances. Guests are invited to dress in black-and-white cocktail chic for the one-night-only event.
A Nine-Course Gastronomic Journey Across Different Cuisines
The tasteful excursion begins from Spain as Chef Álvaro Romer-abreu Raya features the MICHELIN-recognized cuisine of Cantabria by Chele Gonzalez at The Westin Manila. His offering will introduce Spanish flavors to the nine-course gastronomic dinner at Clark Marriott Hotel.
The culinary journey then takes a detour to Peru and Japan through the fusion of Peruvian and Japanese creations by Chef Rodrigo Serrano at DIP Nikkei in Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort. The restaurant is Cebu’s first Peruvian-Nikkei restaurant, bringing its combination of Peruvian and Japanese creations to the EPICURIOUS lineup.
The menu will then continue with more Asian flavors. Chef Simon Moon of Smoki Moto will be dishing up bold K-style specialties, while Chef Lucas Zhou of Wu Xing will be preparing the restaurant’s famous authentic Cantonese cuisine, blending tradition and artful presentation.
Both Smoki Moto and Wu Xing are highly praised within the Clark region and are located at Clark Marriott Hotel, adding local representation to the diverse culinary lineup.
For a taste closer to home, Chef Erwin Marquez will be heating the grill to represent the well-raved-about steak of Cru Steakhouse. His contribution is guided by his Filipino-inspired love for cooking, bringing another Filipino element to the nine-course experience.
Joining the culinary lineup is Chef Meik Brammer, fondly known as “The Big Chef.” He has been with Marriott for more than 25 years and is bringing the chain to greater heights as Manila Marriott Hotel’s Director of Culinary Operations.
Also part of the event is the Pampanga-based restaurant Tito Boy by Chef Bong Sangmit, which will be plating up elevated comfort and a signature refined take on classic Filipino flavors.
EPICURIOUS Brings Global Flavors to Pampanga
