Two of them even come with a bit of drama, turning the simple act of ordering a drink into part of the experience. It is the kind of presentation that naturally makes you reach for your phone, perfect for quick Reels or stories with your bestie.
Make ’Em Blush (PHP 295) quickly became one of my personal favorites. Vodka-based and refreshingly light, it blends rosewater, calamansi liqueur, and lemon lime soda into a drink that is floral, citrusy, and easy to enjoy. What truly elevates it is the presentation. The server finishes it with burned rosemary, letting the aroma linger before delicately circling it along the rim of the glass. From the scent to the visual moment at the table, it is easily the most dramatic serve of the night and easily one of the most IG-worthy.
For those with a sweet tooth, the Mudslide (PHP 365), also known as the Choco Mudslide, is practically dessert in a glass. Made with Baileys, vodka, cold brew coffee, heavy cream, Oreo, and chocolate fudge, it is rich, indulgent, and bold. Personally, it leaned a bit strong for my alcohol preference, but if you love Baileys, this drink will likely be right up your alley. The final drizzle of chocolate fudge on top makes it as satisfying to watch as it is to sip.
The Ube Cream Cocktail (PHP 445) feels like a love letter to Filipino flavors. Using a multi-awarded ube cream liqueur paired with oat milk and ube wafer, this drink is smooth, comforting, and distinctly local. It is something I would confidently recommend to ube lovers and even to foreigners looking to try a cocktail that feels uniquely Filipino. Familiar yet elevated, it stands out as a must-try.
Rounding out the cocktail list is Peachy P (PHP 295), another personal favorite. With peaches, pineapple juice, vodka, and grenadine, it is light, fruity, and well-balanced. Nothing too overpowering and nothing overly sweet, just an easy and enjoyable drink that works whether you are pre-gaming with friends or simply easing into the night.
Mocktails That Do Not Feel Like an Afterthought
For guests who prefer non-alcoholic options, Denny’s also offers two mocktails that feel just as thoughtful and intentional as the cocktails.
Peachy Breeze (PHP 245) combines pineapple juice, peaches, and grenadine for a refreshing, fruit-forward drink. It is light, easy to sip, and especially enjoyable if you are a fan of peach flavors.
Meanwhile, Rose Sparkle (PHP 245) stood out both in taste and presentation. Made with rose water, calamansi, lemon lime soda, and dried rose petals, it is delicate, refreshing, and visually stunning. Of the two mocktails, this was my top pick, the kind of drink you pause to admire and photograph before taking your first sip.
