foodpanda Philippines concluded its nationwide CRAVE Partner Summit and Awards 2026 in Manila, bringing together merchant partners and industry leaders to discuss digital innovation, changing consumer behavior, and strategic partnerships. The Manila event served as the culminating stop of the nationwide summit series, following events held in Cebu and Davao.

Held ahead of World Food Day, the event highlighted the important role of local food businesses in supporting livelihoods and contributing to community growth. It also provided a platform for discussions around the challenges faced by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), including rising business costs and the continued need for digital adoption.

Representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry’s (DTI) E-Commerce Bureau emphasized the importance of digital skills and market access for MSMEs looking to scale their businesses. The discussions reflected the growing need for businesses to use digital tools and platforms to reach more customers, improve operations, and create opportunities for sustainable growth.

“Growth looks different for every business, and our goal is to help our merchant partners grow with foodpanda at every stage,” said Prateek Teotia, Director of Commercial at foodpanda Philippines. “Through technology, insights, market access, and stronger partnerships, we want to give businesses more opportunities to reach customers, strengthen operations, and build for the future.”

Celebrating Merchant Success

The CRAVE Partner Summit and Awards 2026 recognized foodpanda merchant partners across five core categories, highlighting achievements in sales, business growth, marketing, operations, and customer experience.

The Pau Pau’s Top of Table award honored merchants for sales leadership and market dominance. Pau Pau’s Momentum Master recognized businesses that achieved strong first-half 2026 year-on-year growth, highlighting merchants that continued to build momentum during the first half of the year.

The Pau Pau’s Brand Spotlight award celebrated creative marketing initiatives and successful collaboration with the foodpanda platform. Operational Excellence recognized merchants for consistent service reliability, while the People’s Palate Award honored vendors that achieved top customer ratings and repeat orders.

The awards also extended beyond food delivery to recognize partners within foodpanda’s quick-commerce network. Within Shops, leading sales performers received the Checkout Champion Award, while vendors with strong product mixes earned the People’s Choice Award.

For DMart, the Ad-vantage Award recognized strong performance from ad-driven campaigns. The category also included honors for sales momentum and emerging vendors, highlighting different areas of achievement within the network.

Retail Media Partners (RMP) were also recognized during the event. The Ad Synergy Award honored ecosystem engagement, while the Ad Catalyst Award recognized agency innovation. These awards reflected the different ways partners contribute to foodpanda’s broader digital ecosystem.

Beyond the Order: Tools for Sustainable Growth

Beyond recognizing merchant achievements, the CRAVE Partner Summit and Awards 2026 highlighted the tools and resources foodpanda provides to support its merchant network. The platform continues to support businesses through data insights, delivery infrastructure, advertising solutions, and collateral-free funding through foodpanda Capital.

These resources form part of foodpanda’s approach to helping businesses address operational needs while creating more opportunities to connect with customers. Data insights can support business decision-making, while delivery infrastructure helps merchants serve customers through the platform. Advertising solutions provide opportunities for businesses to promote their offerings, while foodpanda Capital provides collateral-free funding.

The summit also reinforced foodpanda Philippines’ focus on helping merchants navigate an evolving digital business environment. With MSMEs facing challenges such as rising costs and digital adoption, access to technology, market opportunities, and business support remains central to the platform’s merchant strategy.

Moving forward, foodpanda remains focused on demand generation, customer experience, and logistics excellence. These areas form part of its continued effort to build a resilient digital food ecosystem that supports merchants and connects businesses with customers.
