GoGo Xpress Launches Hustle-Naryo Rewards Platform

6 Min Read

GoGo Xpress is set to roll out its “Hustle-naryo” Rewards Platform on April 21, 2026, introducing a new feature called the “Hustle-Meter” that transforms delivery activity into rewards. The platform is designed to track sellers’ shipping performance and convert it into tangible incentives, including a ₱1 million grand prize.

Through this initiative, the company aims to provide added value to its growing merchant base by integrating rewards into everyday logistics operations. Sellers using the platform can now earn points simply by completing deliveries, making routine shipping tasks more rewarding.

The new system is integrated into the GoGo Perks+ rewards ecosystem, allowing users to benefit from their daily activity without requiring additional steps beyond their usual workflow. This development highlights the company’s continued effort to support online entrepreneurs as e-commerce expands across the Philippines.

How the Hustle-Meter and Points System Work

A key feature of the platform is the “Hustle-Naryo Points to Million” system, which directly links delivery activity to a structured rewards mechanism. Under this setup, each completed delivery earns one point. For every ten points accumulated, users receive one entry into periodic raffle draws.

Monthly draws will take place throughout the campaign period, offering rewards such as Boss Success Monthly Kits. Each kit includes ₱5,000 in GCash credits and a TechLife Pad Lite 8” device, with five winners selected every month.

At the end of the campaign, all qualified participants will be entered into a grand draw, where one winner will receive ₱1 million.

The Hustle-Meter tracks all activity in real time within the app, allowing sellers to monitor their performance and accumulated points. This feature provides transparency and encourages consistent participation, as users can immediately see how their efforts translate into rewards.

By connecting routine delivery tasks to incentives, the platform ensures that sellers gain additional value simply by continuing their regular operations.

Supporting the Growth of Online Sellers

The launch of the Hustle-Naryo Rewards Platform comes at a time when e-commerce continues to grow rapidly in the Philippines. More individuals are turning to online selling as a primary or supplementary source of income.

GoGo Xpress currently serves more than 329,000 merchants nationwide, reflecting the increasing demand for accessible and reliable logistics solutions. The company noted that this is its first structured, platform-wide points system directly tied to delivery activity.

The campaign will run from April 21 to October 31, 2026, and will be available in selected areas. These include parts of Metro Manila, Rizal areas such as Antipolo, Cainta, and Taytay, as well as select locations in Batangas, including Lipa, Sto. Tomas, and Batangas City.

To participate, users must opt in through the GoGo Xpress mobile app or web dashboard. Only deliveries completed after enrollment will count toward points accumulation.

“Online sellers today are the bosses of their own operations, managing everything from products to last-mile coordination,” said Raffy Vicente, President and COO of QuadX Inc. “With Hustle-Naryo, we wanted to reflect their day-to-day activity on the platform while making consistency more visible and measurable over time. As part of our ‘Be The Boss’ approach, we also designed the system so that the more active they are, the more opportunities they have to earn rewards through points and perks.”

Expanded Logistics Solutions with GoGo Packs

In addition to the rewards platform, GoGo Xpress has expanded its GoGo Packs offering. This prepaid delivery credit system allows sellers to purchase bundled shipping credits in advance, helping them manage logistics costs more efficiently.

Each GoGo Pack includes coverage for 10 NCR-to-NCR small pouch deliveries for a one-time payment of ₱500. Since the deliveries are prepaid, users are not charged booking fees for each transaction.

This system is designed to simplify cost management and reduce repetitive payment processes, making it easier for sellers to scale their operations.

“As more sellers scale their operations, the need for reliable and manageable logistics becomes more important,” Vicente added. “Our focus has been on building delivery services that simplify that process, whether it’s through faster turnaround times or more predictable cost structures.”

Enhancing Delivery Performance and Seller Experience

The introduction of the Hustle-Naryo initiative reflects the company’s broader focus on improving delivery performance and supporting online sellers. As competition in e-commerce intensifies, factors such as speed and reliability play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction.

By combining logistics services with a rewards-driven system, GoGo Xpress aims to encourage consistent performance while providing additional incentives for its users.

The company emphasized that aligning operational efficiency with rewards can help sellers sustain growth and remain competitive in a rapidly evolving digital marketplace.
