Jerryco Malvarosa exemplifies this mission by going the extra mile to make sure customers fully understand every step of the process. His efforts ensure that clients can bring home what they need with ease and confidence.
Before joining Home Credit, Jerryco was one of many Filipinos who lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The three months he spent without work challenged his perseverance, as he struggled to meet daily expenses and provide for his basic needs. Everything changed when he joined Home Credit as an SA.

“Naalala ko, may customer na nagsabing malaking tulong si Home Credit noong naghahanap sila ng appliances para sa kanilang bahay. Bukod sa 0% interest, mabilis din ang transaction dahil existing client sila at good payer pa.”
Now 39 years old, Jerryco proudly shares that his position as an SA helped him save money and launch a small business, improving his quality of life.
“Hindi talaga natin maiiwasan ang mga pagsubok, lalo na pagdating sa pera. Pero buti na lang, nandiyan si Home Credit. Mabilis lapitan, walang hassle sa application, at kaagapay sa oras ng pangangailangan.”

One memorable experience involved helping a mother named Lorena buy an iPhone 13 for her daughter as a graduation gift.
“I remember my father wanted a ₱4,500 watch but didn’t buy it because it was too expensive. I promised myself I’d get him one someday. Thanks to my job as an SA, I bought him a watch worth twice as much. Others may think it’s simple, but for me, it’s a big achievement.”
Lorena returned a week later with a basket of fruits to express her thanks.
“But her smile alone was enough to remind me why I do this job,” he shared.
Despite the pressures of monthly sales targets, Joebeth remained committed and transformed from a reserved newcomer into a confident and dependable Sales Associate. Today, he continues to support customers like Lorena in reaching their goals through Home Credit’s installment options.

“Pinakatumatak talaga sa akin is noong may bumalik sa store para magpasalamat kasi nagamit nila ‘yung cellphone na in-apply nila. Super happy na nakatulong ako at naka-receive pa ng referrals dahil satisfied siya sa service ko,” she shared.
Kimberly’s journey started as a small-time seller of office supplies. When she lost that job, she faced uncertainty about how to continue supporting her family. Even without a steady income, she remained driven to succeed.
She brought the same determination to her role as a Home Credit Sales Associate. What began as a humble start evolved into a life-changing opportunity. Now 31, Kimberly sees her role not just as a job but as a platform to connect with people and help them achieve their goals.
“Dati, maliit na tindera lang ako, pero ngayon isa na akong sales agent sa isang malaking kumpanya tulad ng Home Credit. Sobrang nagpapasalamat ako dahil hindi lang gumaling ang marketing skills ko, naging better version pa ako ng sarili ko.”
