Osteria M
On our first night, we tried their latest offering, the Steak & Sip, where you get a juicy Angus steak meal paired with your choice of wine for just 1,500 pesos. This set is perfect for a romantic dinner in the city. The steak was cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with the wine, making it an ideal way to unwind with friends or someone special. Each dish was presented thoughtfully, enhancing the overall dining experience.
On our last night, we returned to Osteria M to try their pizzas. The Margherita Pizza was light and fresh, with a perfect balance of flavors that made each bite comforting yet refined. The Seafood Vichyssoise Pizza was richer and more indulgent, creamy and savory, with layers of taste that highlighted the freshness of the toppings and the quality of the crust. Both pizzas are definitely worth a try when you stay at I’M Hotel, and I really enjoyed them. They offered a delightful contrast to our first night’s steak, making the final dinner a satisfying end to the stay.
Antidote Bar
Later in the evening, I invited some friends to Antidote Bar, which recently launched a lineup of Filipino-inspired signature cocktails crafted with premium spirits and local flavors. We tried the Ube and Heirloom Rice, Mango and Aloe Vera, Kesong Puti and Taho, and Asin Tibuok and Thyme. The Ube and Heirloom Rice cocktail stood out, evoking the familiar taste of halohalo, while the Mango and Aloe Vera drink reminded me of Mogu Mogu juice. The Asin Tibuok and Thyme was unique and savory, with herbaceous notes, perfect for those who enjoy stronger, sophisticated cocktails. My friends really enjoyed the drinks, and the ambiance added to the experience. The Makati skyline backdrop was stunning, and the tank filled with jellyfish left a lasting impression.
For food, we ordered a selection of bites that complemented the drinks beautifully. The Churros were soft, almost like a donut, which I personally would have preferred crispier, but the flavor was still enjoyable. The Stuffed Chicken Wings were a standout, with a crispy exterior and a flavorful filling, enhanced by a sweet chili soy glaze that added the right amount of spice and sweetness. The Trio of Sliders offered a bite of variety, each slider packed with flavor and served with golden fries on the side. The Pan-seared Gyoza had a satisfying sear with a bold chili oil that gave each bite a subtle kick. The Shrimp and Chicken Satay were tender and smoky, with a creamy peanut sauce that was rich but not overpowering. Lastly, the Truffle Fries were perfectly crispy and infused with the earthy aroma of black truffle, making them irresistible.
Antidote Bar offered a lively and engaging atmosphere where inventive cocktails and flavorful bites came together seamlessly. Each drink and dish added to the celebration, making the night both memorable and delicious.

Before checkout on the last day, I treated myself to the 90-minute Signature Scalp Indulgence at I’M Onsen Spa, and it is definitely worth a try when staying at I’M Hotel. Upon arrival, I was asked to wear a yukata and slippers for comfort, setting the tone for a relaxing experience. The treatment began with a gentle scalp cleansing, followed by a rejuvenating head and scalp massage that instantly melted away stress. The session also included a nourishing Keratin Hair Treatment using professional L’Oréal products, tailored for a smooth, healthy finish. The indulgence was completed with a sleek blow-dry and light styling, leaving my hair refreshed and radiant.
As a thoughtful bonus, the therapist gave me a relaxing back massage since the treatment finished a bit early, which I really appreciated. For guests not checked in at the hotel, the package also includes access to the I’M Onsen Spa Wellness Suites, featuring the Onsen, Steam, and Sauna, which is one of my favorite spots at I’M Hotel. Priced at Php 4,000 nett per person, the Signature Scalp Indulgence combines relaxation, hair care, and rejuvenation, making it a luxurious and calming experience.

One of I’M Hotel’s standout features is the Mermaid Pool, an acrylic-bottom infinity pool visible from the lobby. This iconic spot is one of the most Instagrammable locations in the hotel and a recognizable feature in Makati. The Mermaid Pool is also very photogenic. We even got the chance to take some underwater photos.
