Radisson Hotel Group has announced three new hotel signings in the Philippines through its partnership with SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation (SMHCC). The expansion strengthens the Group’s footprint in Metro Manila and Greater Manila, reinforcing the country’s importance in its regional growth strategy. The development introduces a dual-branded complex at the SM Mall of Asia and adds a new property in Santa Rosa under the Park Inn by Radisson brand.
Strengthening the Partnership and Expanding the Portfolio
This year marks the 15th anniversary of Radisson Hotel Group in the Philippines, beginning with the Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu, its first operating property in the country. From one hotel, the Group has grown into a portfolio of six operational hotels with 1,436 keys and fifteen more under development, which will add another 3,090 keys upon completion.

Ms. Peggy Angeles, Executive Vice President of SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation, said, “As SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation (SMHCC) continues to expand its footprint in key growth areas across the Philippines, these three upcoming hotels reflect our commitment to elevating the country’s hospitality landscape through meaningful, future-ready developments. The dual-brand complex at the SM Mall of Asia and Park Inn by Radisson SM City Sta. Rosa are purposefully designed to meet the evolving needs of business, leisure, and MICE travelers. We are pleased to strengthen our long-standing partnership with Radisson Hotel Group as we seamlessly work together to create integrated destinations that drive tourism, enrich communities, and contribute to national economic growth.”
Ramzy Fenianos, Chief Development Officer for Asia Pacific at Radisson Hotel Group, added, “SM Mall of Asia and Santa Rosa are high-conviction locations that match our brand ladder and our owners’ ambitions. The dual brand will serve large-scale events and corporate demand while giving leisure travelers more choice, and Santa Rosa adds depth to our Greater Manila strategy with a mixed-use address that is set to grow. We are proud to expand with our trusted partner SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation (SMHCC) in the Philippines, a market where we see sustained demand across segments and real momentum for quality conversions and new builds.”
Dual-Brand Complex at SM Mall of Asia Opening in 2031
Located within the 67-hectare SM Mall of Asia Complex, the new dual-brand project will bring together Radisson and Park Inn by Radisson under one address. The development will cater to a mix of business, meetings and events, and leisure guests, offering modern facilities and convenient access to the integrated SM Mall of Asia district.
Radisson Hotel SM Mall of Asia Manila will feature 200 rooms, including 49 suites and a presidential suite. Guests will enjoy a range of social spaces such as a lobby lounge bar, a rooftop bar and restaurant spanning 160 square meters, and a pool bar. The property will include 3,486 square meters of total event space, highlighted by a 2,160 square meter ballroom and an executive lounge. Amenities will include a gym, an outdoor swimming pool, and a kids’ pool.
Park Inn by Radisson SM Mall of Asia Manila will complement the complex with 300 rooms, including 45 suites. Guests can enjoy facilities such as a coffee bar, a pool bar, a gym, and an outdoor pool area with a separate kids’ pool. The location benefits from proximity to the SM Mall of Asia’s entertainment and retail destinations, including the SM Mall of Asia Arena and SMX Convention Center Manila. The upcoming SMXCITE, expected to open in 2027 with a capacity of around 20,000 attendees, is projected to increase the demand for hotel accommodations and event spaces in the area.
Park Inn by Radisson SM City Sta. Rosa Opening in 2029
Park Inn by Radisson SM City Sta. Rosa will rise in the heart of Santa Rosa City, approximately 45 minutes from Manila. The hotel will feature 200 rooms, including 25 suites, and offer three dining outlets along with flexible meeting and event facilities. Guests can also enjoy leisure amenities such as a gym, an outdoor swimming pool, a kids’ pool, and outdoor play areas.

The broader Park Inn by Radisson SM City Sta. Rosa development will include the hotel, a shopping mall, and a bus terminal that will serve as the city’s transport hub by 2029. Future development plans include office and residential towers, reinforcing the area as a mixed-use urban destination. The opening of the hotel is targeted for 2029.
Strengthening the Hospitality Landscape in the Philippines
The three new signings underline Radisson Hotel Group’s long-term commitment to expanding its presence in the Philippines alongside local partners. The projects align with SMHCC’s goal of creating integrated destinations that support tourism, business, and community development.
The SM Mall of Asia complex continues to serve as a major hub for trade, business, and leisure in Metro Manila, while Santa Rosa is emerging as a strategic center for Greater Manila’s growth. These developments will help boost tourism, generate employment, and expand accommodation options for both local and international travelers.
With these new hotels, Radisson Hotel Group continues to strengthen its position as one of the leading international hospitality brands in the Philippines, offering guests diverse choices that match evolving travel trends and demand across segments.
