Digital Walker and Beyond the Box has finally brought the new Marshal Major IV with an incredible 80-hour battery life that beats most of the top headphones available in the market for only PHP 8,690!

The new Marshall Major IV headphone has many improvements over its predecessor—Major III wireless headphones. According to Marshall the new model comes with an improved ergonomic design, 80+ hours of wireless playtime, wireless charging, and a new multi-directional control knob.

Inside the box you will find the USB to Type-C charging cable, 3.5mm audio cord, quick start guide, and paper documentations.

The new Marshall Major IV headphone features 40mm dynamic drivers delivering a frequency range of 20Hz to 20kHz frequency response and with 32 Ohm impedance. It connects via the included 3.5mm audio cord (a feature that I really love since I use this to connect my Maono condenser microphone when I do Live streaming) or via the USB-C cable and Bluetooth 5.0. The company estimates battery life to be roughly 80 hours that’s more than three full days of power perfect for traveling. It will take around 3 hours to charge from 0 to 100 percent via the USB-C cable.

It has a built-in microphone and it features a new multi-directional control knob. The Marshall Major IV headphones has a collapsible design while weighing in at only 165 grams for enhanced portability.

Lastly, it also features wireless charging support through a wireless charging coil placed inside the right ear cup. However you will have to get your own wireless charger, as the headphones don’t come with one. Apart from the battery and charging experience the Marshall Major IV also has softer ear cushions for better comfort and an improved custom-tuned dynamic driver which promises deeper bass, smoother mids, and crisper treble for a better overall sound experience.

Overall, to be honest I’m not really a fan of headphones but these Marshall Major IV headphones are extremely comfortable to wear even for long periods of time. I really liked its retro look and how premium it feels. It is also my first Marshall audio device to date and just like what I’m expecting it really sounds good. Aside from that I was really impressed with its performance when I tried to use this headphones during my live streaming. The new Marshall Major IV headphones is certainly worth considering if you are looking for an all-around wireless headphones that has a good sound quality in a stylish retro look.
