For generations, Binondo has been the heart of Chinese-Filipino cuisine, and Veranda brings this vibrant legacy to Tagaytay with a limited-time offering from two of the district’s most well-loved culinary institutions:
- Masuki: Known for its nostalgic flavors, Masuki offers guests a comforting taste of traditional Chinese-Filipino favorites. Signature dishes include their famous Mami, Asado Siopao, Bola-Bola Siopao, and Mini Siomai, bringing classic street-side comfort into a refined buffet setting.
- Sincerity Cafe and Restaurant: A mainstay in Binondo’s dining scene, Sincerity presents its legendary OG Fried Chicken, Oyster Cake, Pancit Chami, and Fresh Lumpia—dishes that have earned them a loyal following for decades. The buffet is priced at PHP 1,780 per person. Families are welcome, with children aged 5 and below dining for free when accompanied by a paying adult, and children aged 6 to 12 receiving 50% off the regular rate.
