Unlike traditional airline recruitment days where candidates are required to dress formally with full make-up, this initiative makes the process more accessible and less intimidating.
Male applicants are now encouraged to attend in a simple white t-shirt, jeans, and casual rubber shoes. Female candidates can opt for a white shirt, denim skirt, and heels. This change eliminates the pressure of investing in expensive attire and places the focus on the qualities that truly matter in cabin crew work.
A Realistic and Service-Oriented Experience
Candidates will no longer walk through a runway-style screening. Instead, they will immerse themselves in a more realistic work environment. The selection process is designed to highlight service and guest-oriented skills, giving aspirants an authentic preview of what life as an AirAsia cabin crew member entails.

Requirements for Aspiring Allstars

AirAsia is also keeping the recruitment open to a wider range of candidates. While college graduates are encouraged to apply, Senior High School graduates are also welcome.
