Royal Kitchen Seascape: A Chinese Seafood Favorite by the Bay

Royal Kitchen Seascape is a Chinese seafood restaurant located within Seascape Village, specializing in fresh seafood and traditional Chinese dishes. For diners who love seafood and Chinese cuisine, it easily stands out as one of the top dining options in the area.

While most people head to Seascape Village to line up at the market for paluto cooking, the group decided to take a more relaxed and stress-free route. Instead of dealing with market lines, they ordered straight from Royal Kitchen’s à la carte menu. Seeing how packed the restaurant was during the visit, it was clear they have a loyal following for a reason. Aside from the food, the staff were super nice and attentive, which made the whole dining experience even better.

Our Top 3 Picks at Royal Kitchen

French Bean Golden Fried
Recommended by the restaurant manager, this was the unexpected star of the night. The French beans were crunchy on the outside with a super buttery coating that masked the vegetable taste entirely. It is a best seller for a reason and would be perfect for kids who usually avoid greens. Even with a generous serving, this was the first plate to be cleared.

Spinach Soup
This was very savory and surprisingly hearty due to the chopped shrimp mixed in. You can really tell the spinach is fresh, making it a light yet satisfying start to the meal.

Adobo Pusit
This rounded out the favorites. It is a savory dish served in a rich, jet-black ink sauce. What really stood out was the spicy kick, which was just right and not too spicy, making it the best dish to drizzle over hot white rice.

Other Dishes Tried

Lemon Chicken
The Lemon Chicken had a bold, sweet, and sour flavor. Some enjoyed its bright and zesty taste, while others found the lemon flavor a bit strong. This dish really comes down to personal preference and is best for those who enjoy a pronounced citrus kick.

Beef Broccoli
The beef broccoli was a classic and reliable choice. The beef was very tender and not chewy, making it an easy dish to enjoy, even if it did not stand out as much as the top picks.

Salted Egg Shrimp
The salted egg shrimp featured fresh shrimp cooked well and coated in a rich, buttery sauce. It was comforting and familiar in flavor, leaning toward a more traditional preparation.

Buchi
The meal was finished with buchi, serving as proof that a dessert does not need to be fancy to be memorable. The sesame-coated exterior was crispy, while the inside was chewy and deeply satisfying. It was not overly sweet, so it did not feel heavy at all. The warm, comforting bite brought a sense of instant nostalgia, making it a classic and well-balanced way to end the feast.

Choosing the à la carte menu at Royal Kitchen proved to be a smart and convenient option for those who want quality dishes without the extra steps of paluto dining. Generous portions, attentive service, and consistent flavors made it a highlight of the Seascape Village dining experience.
