SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation (SMHCC) expands its hospitality portfolio with the announcement of Park Inn by Radisson SM City Dasmariñas, a new hotel developed in partnership with Radisson Hotel Group (RHG). This project reflects SMHCC’s commitment to building hotels that meet the growing demands of the Philippines’ travel, meetings, and events industry.
Strategic Location and Guest Amenities
Park Inn by Radisson SM City Dasmariñas is set to open in the fourth quarter of 2027. It offers easy access to SM City Dasmariñas, one of Cavite’s largest retail hubs. The hotel features 148 guestrooms and one suite. Its fitness center and thoughtfully designed accommodations cater to both business and leisure travelers.

The property includes an all-day dining restaurant measuring 332.81 square meters with seating for 70 to 78 guests. For events and meetings, it offers two function rooms totaling nearly 240 square meters and three meeting rooms covering close to 161 square meters. These flexible venues position the hotel as a preferred location for corporate gatherings, social events, and intimate celebrations.
Expansion Across the Philippines
Park Inn by Radisson SM City Dasmariñas follows SMHCC’s announcement of three new hotel projects, emphasizing the company’s rapid and strategic growth.
At the SM Mall of Asia Complex, SMHCC and Radisson Hotel Group are developing a dual-brand hospitality hub to be completed by 2031. Radisson Hotel SM Mall of Asia Manila will feature 200 rooms, including 49 suites and a presidential suite. The hotel offers social spaces such as a lobby lounge bar, a rooftop bar and restaurant of approximately 160 square meters, and a pool bar. Its total event space reaches 3,486 square meters, highlighted by a 2,160-square-meter ballroom and an executive lounge. Wellness and family-friendly facilities include a gym, outdoor swimming pool, and outdoor kids’ pool.
Park Inn by Radisson SM Mall of Asia Manila complements the upscale property with 300 rooms, including 45 suites. Amenities include a coffee bar, pool bar, gym, outdoor swimming pool, and outdoor kids’ pool. The hotel benefits from proximity to major attractions such as the SM Mall of Asia Arena, SMX Convention Center Manila, and the upcoming SMXCITE, expected to open by 2027 and host up to 20,000 attendees.
Developments in Santa Rosa
Park Inn by Radisson SM City Santa Rosa is slated to open in 2029 in the rapidly growing city of Santa Rosa, approximately 45 minutes from Manila. The hotel will feature 200 rooms, including 25 suites, three food and beverage outlets, modern meetings and events facilities, and leisure amenities such as a gym, outdoor swimming pool, outdoor kids’ pool, and outdoor play areas.
