Through this unique gastronomic experience, Taal Vista Hotel offers diners the rare opportunity to savor authentic Kapampangan dishes passed down through generations, including tamales by Apung Laring, the original sizzling sisig by Aling Lucing, and the intricately crafted pan de San Nicolas by Atching Lillian L. Borromeo. These dishes serve as a tribute to the rich culinary heritage of Pampanga, showcasing recipes that have stood the test of time and continue to define the region’s identity.

Elevating the experience further are beloved pasalubong treats from Susie’s Cuisine, offering sweet and savory memories to take home. Guests will also enjoy a selection of specialties from Hues Restaurant and Lobby Bar by Park Inn by Radisson Clark, adding a regional twist to the buffet spread. Featured dishes include the Paco Salad, known for its refreshing and earthy flavor; Crispy Pork Belly Kare Kare, a hearty favorite with rich peanut sauce and tender meat; and Bistig Baka, Pampanga’s own version of beef bistek, offering a flavorful and satisfying take on a classic Filipino dish.
