Huawei Philippines has just released its latest smartwatch—the HUAWEI Watch GT3 Pro. It is almost similar, but with improved features and a more premium build, to the Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro.

Premium materials, such as a titanium body, sapphire glass lens, and ceramic black case, are used in the new HUAWEI Watch GT3 Pro 46mm version, giving it a more upscale feel. ECG analysis and TruSeen 5.0+ data monitoring are also included in the watch, allowing it to record heart measurements and blood oxygen monitoring.

You can also choose from a variety of watch faces available for download via the Huawei Health app, or customize your watch face from Gallery.

The Watch GT3 Pro supports Bluetooth calls, allowing users to make calls, reject calls, reply to incoming messages, and mute via the smartwatch, which is ideal for when you are working out and don’t have access to your smartphone.

The ECG function is one of the Watch GT3 Pro’s newest health features. Users can receive accurate single-lead ECG measurements, real-time analysis, sinus rhythm, and atrial fibrillation detection, premature atrial and ventricular beat reminders, as well as arterial stiffness detection, allowing them to actively prevent the risk of vascular diseases. Heart rate monitoring, continuous SpO2 monitoring, plateau SpO2 monitoring, body temperature detection, scientific sleep monitoring, stress monitoring, and more are all included.

The new Watch GT3 Pro offers an upgraded workout monitoring feature that provides over 100 workout modes including the newly added free-dive mode. It also includes other professional workout modes such as 12 outdoor workouts (golf driving range mode, running, walking, mountain climbing, hiking, cycling, open water swimming, triathlon, skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, free training) and 7 indoor workouts (walking, running, cycling, pool swimming, free training, elliptical machine, and rowing machine).

Build Quality/Design

The new HUAWEI Watch GT3 Pro features a titanium metal case that is surprisingly lightweight, as well as sapphire glass and a skin-friendly ceramic back. On the wrist, it looks and feels quite high-end. In comparison to the HUAWEI WATCH GT 2 Pro, the firm has gone one step further, lowering the overall thickness by 0.5 mm.

The glossy and skin-friendly ceramic back ensures a comfortable wearing.

The metal case of the new HUAWEI Watch GT3 Pro is made of titanium, just like its predecessor, and is protected from scratches by sapphire glass. It also has a 1.43-inch AMOLED color screen, which feels a little large on the wrist but is something I like and is currently fashionable. It also comes with a selection of straps, including silicone, metal, and leather.

HUAWEI WATCH GT 3 Pro also comes with a genuine leather strap that is very comfortable to wear.

The skin-friendly ceramic back allows the Watch GT3 Pro to be charged wirelessly; this means you can charge your GT2 Pro on a Qi wireless charger for 10 minutes, and you’ll get around 5 hours. It also supports reverse charging from your smartphone. When fully charged, the Watch GT3 Pro can last for 14 days for typical use situations and 8 days for heavy use scenarios.

The new HUAWEI Watch GT3 Pro, like the Watch GT 2 Pro, has a microphone and loudspeaker for calls and can even play music. The device has a lot of storage space, so users can download and store their favorite music on it. The smartwatch’s music control interface also allows users to control audio from their smartphone.

To get started, simply download the Huawei Health App from the Google Play Store or Huawei AppGallery and connect the device to your smartphone. To pair your new HUAWEI Watch GT3 Pro with your smartphone, simply turn on your Bluetooth, then open the Huawei Health App and click on devices.

Initial Thoughts

The new HUAWEI Watch GT3 Pro is arguably my favorite smartwatch that I’ve tested. One of my favorite features is Bluetooth calling, which allows you to make and receive calls from your watch. Aside from that, the luxury and sleek look of this smartwatch appeal to me. I also plan to use this smartwatch when freediving in the near future to see how durable it is underwater and to try out the freediving mode, so keep an eye out for that distinct feature.

The HUAWEI Watch GT3 Pro has a very reasonable price for a premium smartwatch with all of the amazing features seen on higher-priced smartwatches on the market. extremely ideal for those who want a premium-looking wearable gadget with all of the smartwatch’s excellent features.

Our full thoughts and testing will have to wait for our full review! So keep an eye out for it very soon.
